IT’S MONDAY AGAIN!
SO TODAY I HAVE FOR YOU A NEW RECIPE!
➽ GLAZED PORK CHOPS
If you’re a meat lover, you’ll totally love this recipe as
much as we do; It’s meaty, healthy and delicious, It may seem a little complicated, but guys, It's totally worth it, my family loves it and whenever I cook some pork chops, they're not enough, I swear!!
INGREDIENTS:
Servings: 4
⤿4 thick-cut pork
chops
⤿½ teaspoon paprika
⤿½ teaspoon cayenne
pepper
⤿½ teaspoon garlic
powder
⤿½ teaspoon black
pepper
⤿½ teaspoon salt
⤿½ teaspoon celery
salt
⤿4 tablespoons
brown sugar
⤿1 cup of unsalted
butter
⤿2 medium size
carrots
⤿1 Small broccolli
⤿1 ½ cup of Green
beans
⤿3 large potatoes
⤿1 cup of milk
⤿1 cup of shredded monterrey
jack cheese
(I know, It looks delicious😏)
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, combine your spices, then, rub the pork chops in
the spices generously. Heat olive oil and half of the butter in an oven-safe
skillet over medium/high heat. When the oil is hot, add the pork chops.
Cook
for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until they are Golden Brown, then add a
Tablespoon of brown sugar to each pork chop. Turn each pork chop over, so both
sides get some melted brown sugar. (Don’t add the brown sugar too early or else
the sugar will burn and smoke up the room.)
Finally bake at 350˚F (175˚C) for 15 minutes, making sure
the pork chops are cooked through.
While
we are wating for the pork chops to be done, boil enough water for your
vegetables (carrots, Green beans and broccolli), cut them as you like and boil
them for 3 – 4 minutes; boil the
potatoes but cut this in 4 pieces each; boil them until they’re perfectly
cooked.
In a bowl, mash the potatoes while they’re hot and add milk,
salt, pepper, butter and the cheese, now you’re ready to serve, enjoy guys!
Don't forget to leave your comments, hope you like it as much as my family does, until next monday guys!
