YES, I KNOW GUYS, IT´S MONDAY!
 AND YES, THAT MEANS WE HAVE A MOUTH WATERING RECIPE WAITING FOR YOU!

TODAY I HAVE FOR YOU 
THE ALL TIME FAVORITE MAC & CHEESE 😍



I know, believe me I know how perfect a Bacon Mac & cheese sounds; but I have to say I'ts way more than perfect.
This is definitively the ¨thing¨ that was missing in this blog, some cheese goodness with that salty crunchy bacon we all love.
Trust me, this is an easy recipe and goes beyond delicious, you don't always need to complicate to have the perfect dinner, PLUS, there's no baking required. 😉

LET'S GET TO IT!
   

INGREDIENTS:

16 ounces elbow macaroni.
1 package of bacon.
1⁄4 cup butter.
1⁄4 cup flour.
1⁄2 teaspoon salt.
1 dash black pepper.
⤀2 cups milk.
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 

Servings: 8/10



 
DIRECTIONS:

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in flour, and cook for 3-5 minutes stirring constantly to form a roux; add salt and pepper; slowly add milk, stirring well after each addition.Cook and stir until bubbly.


Stir in cheese a small amount at a time until fully melted.
Drain macaroni; add to cheese sauce; stir to coat.
 
But wait!


We still have one more ingredient, 
yes, you´re right, BACON!

Now, we only need to heat another pan, and remember bacon doesn´t needs oil or butter, we are going to cook the bacon just like that; in a hot pan, until we get that special crunch only bacon has.

 Finally, we are going to chop the bacon the way we prefer, and mix it with the Mac & cheese!

Now we are ready to serve!
