The Texan concept, cuts of meat and customer service make this truck one of the best options to taste its food. The Austin sandwich is the recommended dish, which goes brisket cut with cabbage salad in your bun, accompanied by delicious toast. 

In its menu you can find sandwiches like Dallas and Austin, as well as complete dishes like Amarillo, Galveston and El Paso.

It is usually located in the Sheraton President Hotel area.
